4.1 Standard Shipping

• We typically offer free standard shipping to commercial addresses with a loading dock or forklift within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
• Residential deliveries, limited-access locations, or shipments requiring liftgate service are subject to an additional $199 fee per delivery.
• Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories require a separate shipping quote before ordering. Please contact us first to confirm availability and pricing.

4.2 Delivery Times & Delays

• Shipping and delivery times provided by Thrive Auto USA or carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, labor disputes, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
• You are responsible for inspecting deliveries promptly and reporting shipping damage within 48 hours.

Your purchase and use of any part from Thrive Auto USA are governed by:

• Our Limited Parts Warranty (5 years / 50,000 miles limited parts-only)

• In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the part in question.
