Important Disclaimers

Mileage, Appearance & Used Parts

  • All engines and transmissions are sourced from used/salvage vehicles.
  • Mileage listed for each unit is verified against our inspection and documentation records prior to listing.
  • Odometer readings of the donor vehicle do not legally or practically guarantee the mileage of the removed engine or transmission.
  • Any mileage is provided as “correct to the best of our knowledge” but is not warranted.
  • The appearance of used engines and transmissions, including rust, dirt, corrosion, and cosmetic imperfections, is not warranted.
  • Cosmetic or visual differences do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for refund, return, or warranty claim.
